You can melt gold in a microwave oven. Never would have believed it, but it’s so. For a small investment and a $80 Walmart microwave, he could take the flakes and form them into something less identifiable.

Except for the expense, vinyl flooring may be a better option.
You can buy reliable cars that aren’t new. Buy a good depreciated used car and drive it until you save enough for a better one. It’s not rocket science. Work for yourself, not the bloody bankers or loan companies.
It seems Brazil is overrun by VW Type 2 Microbuses.
Yeah. Star Trek is my favorite British TV show.
“Street Outlaws” says that Oklahoma City is home to the fastest street cars in the world. So there you go.
LA is like automobile Shangri-La, and much the same, if you were to take one of these cars from it, it would quickly rust away and die I fear.
This is my old “neck of the woods”. I spent lots of time driving US 70 and I40 between Little Rock and Memphis. Doesn’t surprise me at all. There’s definitely a good-old-boy network when it comes to the police out there.
Fun. I don’t think I ever saw the whole video. Just clips of it on Beavis and Butthead back in the day.
Just dreaming here, because the US automakers would pitch a holy fit, but if he would just change the import rules from 25 years to 15 or 10, I’d be whistling “Zip-A-Dee Doo-Dah” out of my asshole. (That or just institute safety and emission standards reciprocity with Europe/Japan.)
I’ll have to watch this. A few years back I got into watching a some of the UK car shows like Wheeler Dealers and A <fill in blank. is Born. Fortunately, I only had to season one of my cast iron pieces. It was a Lodge, and I had to do it several times before it was satisfactory. Using it seems to have provided it with the best coating. The other two pieces, a 10" pan and a 12" pan came from my late Mom needed no seasoning from years of use.
Photos or it didn’t happen.
Hey, if Steven Hawking wanted a Bugatti Chiron, does it matter to anyone but him? Presumably, we all like cars so whats the problem with a fellow owning a GT-R with hand controls? Don’t be this guy:
Wow. I guess my tastes must fall in live with cars that “no one notices”. (Except for the Camry V6....I’ve never cared for those and its not because Jalops hate Camrys). Owned the Roadmaster, test drove the Marauder as new (>$32K sticker price), seriously looked at buying M45 and Landcruisers and lusted for GTO since…
