Yeah, Colorado is different (one of the lowest obesity rates in the US by many accounts), but at my gym it’s much busier when the weather is bad. When it’s nice out more people are outside.

Take my Fox. Please.
Yeah, I’m older, but I tend to be MORE careful with a rental than with my own car. I read travel blogs & advice and I’ve seen many horror stories about the rental companies coming after the renter for the tiniest little thing (or indeed for nothing). So I never want to give them the slightest opening.
“In theory, there’s no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.” This is variously attributed.
I wish that scientists would urge the world to plan for peak population, after which the population of the world would begin to decline, eventually stabilizing at something like half of what we now have. That seems to me to be the best way to solve the climate change problem, and the world would be better off.
What, exactly is Venmo?

I don’t understand why people continue to live in California. But then I’m glad they do, as we certainly don’t need them in my state. (I’m not telling what it is.)
In the past this has worked with my Mileage + Explorer card. I got so I just called and asked for the retention department, and they took care of me. Then one time they wouldn’t budge. After haggling a bit I realized that I had an upcoming trip booked on United, and that if I cancelled the card over the $95 fee my…
This is pretty much exactly what my wife and I have done for some years. Minor difference is that we each contribute monthly to the joint account (which we call the JBA, for Joint Budget Account), an amount that differs for each of us and has changed over the years as circumstances have. I might add, somewhat…
True. I am one, so I know. Dr. Seuss even wrote a story called Too Many Daves.
Flown on Southwest lately? No overhead bin problem. Because Southwest allows people to check two bags free and DOESN’T RIP THEM OFF WITH BAG CHARGES! And they make money doing what they do.
I want to support Warren. If Germany, Israel, the UK and even Pakistan can have woman leaders I don’t see why we can’t. But in my mind defeating Trump is by FAR and away the most important thing, and I fear that the combination of people who won’t vote for her because she’s female and people who won’t vote for her…
I thought everyone knew this. I’ve done it many times, for all the given reasons: times worked better, prices better, had enough miles for one way but not both. I’ve never gotten extra security scrutiny either, but I do have a KTN (Known Traveler Number, from having Global Entry).
My understanding is the the custom began in the early days of aviation, and was then a genuine gesture of appreciation for a job well done. I’ve done it, after a tough flight. For me it’s sarcasm, like applauding wildly when my team’s pitcher finally throws a strike after throwing 6 balls.
While this is certainly a good idea, to me it falls under the heading of “Doesn’t everyone know this?”
I have Ally accounts and Ally is great. However the current policy is:
I just spend my change, what little of it I get. Quarters get saved for the car wash.
You forgot to mention the dire need to add a lane to I-70 from Denver to at least the Eisenhower Tunnel, preferably to Vail.
It’s either 1) that you and the men you consulted see all (most? many?) women as liars who are scheming to “get” you
