One thing a lot of people don’t realize is the game expects you to “send back” those troops who are lagging behind at the original spawn point and then respawn them (or a more appropriate dude) at the forward outposts that you’ve captured with your more mobile units.

Even accepting that stance as perfectly valid, here’s a counterpoint - every card reaches an effective end-of-life when it is unable to run the newer titles.

“It turns out, that during the sengoku jidai, the only people you could actually trust were the ninjas.”

“does YouTube Red actually offer something worth paying for?”

My biggest criticism of tw3 is the experience/leveling system. Your only really supposed to go after quests and enemies within 5 levels of geralt, and this I felt severly limited what you could do at any one time. I spent more time TRYING to find things to do within my level range than actually doing any of them.

Honestly? Find me someone who wouldn’t be willing to sign up for those kinds of paychecks. Forfeiture of severance package isn’t a big deal when you pull 8 digits anually anyways. Hell, I could retire comfortably after a month.

Mostly agree, anikin basically destroyed the fear and respect one had for vader. Anakin is much more relatable in clone wars, at least.

Came for xcom enemy within, not disappointed.

Devs take note: don’t lock your titles or the community will punish you.

I was reluctant to buy witcher 3 based on how I didn’t like 1+2.

Yeah ds1. Demons was pretty cool for its time but ds1 fixed/ polished it up - and healing potions refill on campfire is a far better mechanic than farming healing herb drops.

Obligatory “call me when its on PC” post.

Do yourself a favor when it comes to xcom if you like challenging games - get the long war mod. Even the creators at firaxis admit its the way to go.

Japanese anime personification is nothing new.

While I definatly consider this to be an underrated series, even though I bought the DVD’s, I haven’t been able to bring myself to watch the series again. It’s stuck in my mind strongly enough I don’t need to.

But will it hold up compaired to xcom long war is my question. And the long war team it sounds like are not going to do the same thing for xcom 2 - even though they have promised better modding support.

My biggest concern with this game is the difficulty. I started playing it on the 2nd hardest setting and was quite pleased - it was a good challenge. But, being a completionist, I very quickly overleveled - and the game doesn’t seem to scale well (a pack of same level drowners could easily kill me at lower levels, by

This is a pretty big disappointment. I’m loving the game but the UI and inventory is... well, horrifically bad. I almost didn’t buy the game on the FoV issue alone because it was a $60 gamble on motion sickness.

I always figured they were holding back on DH until a rainy day in sub numbers.

I’ve said it before and will say it again: blizzards worst accomplishment in WoW was invalidating all of their own content with each expansion.
