I don’t doubt the reporting itself, but what if Wickersham were misled or misinformed by a source? What if he became a little too consumed with spinning a certain narrative over presenting a balanced case?

Yeah, this video was from 6 months ago. Your comment makes it seem like he shot a re-enactment of the moment just to get more mileage out of how hurt he was by the trade. This clip was from a docuseries. As far as I know the current IT has let it go.
This was a clip from a behind the scenes docuseries he produces for Player’s Tribune, which was in production before he even got traded. Should it not have been included? Has IT been bitching about the trade non-stop recently ‘cause I honestly haven’t heard anything.
His point can be found in the article, so maybe check it out before responding to an out of context quote.
No need to apologize. We’re just interpreting it in different ways. Neither of us knows what’s really going on in his head. I might be giving him more credit than he deserves. I’m tired of this shit as well, so that’s one thing we can agree on.
Well, me and the other person who replied to my post who agreed with me.
Fuck off. He didn’t rape anyone.
I read this line completely differently. He’s fully acknowledging his privilege and I believe this is his way of telling his defenders not to worry about him and keep the focus on the actual victims. This is FAR from the worst apology statement that’s come out.
This is how I read it as well, but some people need to find something to be outraged about no matter what.
There was an extensive article in Vanity Fair UK in 2010: https://www.vanityfair.com/culture/2010/11/bronfman-201011
As a Lakers fan and don’t think Lonzo needs to become a great shooter to be a star in the league. Like Kidd he’s capable of impacting the game with his passing and court vision. If he can get to the point where he’s shooting 40% from the field and 35% from the three point line, combined with his passing and…
Stop. Your apathy is smothering me.
Yeah, I get it, you don’t care so much you just had to reply.
I really don’t care.
Maybe because it was over 20 years ago, he apologized for it way back then, and it was a bit co-written by Whoopi Goldberg, who he was dating at the time. It was a stupid bit and he realized it. The way Danson’s conducted himself in the decades since points to him being a pretty decent fellow.
That’s the Carolina Reaper chip. A little more than just “some kind of spicy chip.” They ate this on Hot Ones. The video below is not of them eating the chip but the actual Carlolina Reaper pepper because it’s way funnier.
Yeah, I’ve been waiting for Kinjaplace to provide some receipts on this.
says the man whose own parties serve as nothing more than casting couch auditions for minor roles in his movies.
I was responding to the part of the statement you quoted above and your implication that those traits inherently point to someone being abusive. With the benefit of hindsight it’s easy to say now in this particular case, but those qualities don’t necessarily point to a person being an abusive piece of shit, let alone…
