It was worse than bad, it was bland. I couldn't get invested in the game world or bring myself to care about any of it's inhabitants and my level of apathy towards the game feels like it was trumped by the level of apathy towards the game that the creators appeared to have.

Greece played boring and terrible until Costa Rica got the red card. Then Greece poured it on. They had about a dozen scoring chances. If they kept playing, Greece would most likely have won.

Costa Rica deserved to win this game, especially playing a man short for so long. Why is that not being acknowledged? That's what made this game exciting, at least for me.

The way I see it: If you play a man down for most of the match and make it to PKs, you deserve to win. But those were all quality shots.
