Microsoft has data basically only they and Sony has: How many digital downloads are done vs disc-based installs. Considering both MS and Sony have done discless versions of their newest consoles, that percentage is probably a lot higher than any layman thinks. 

The download-online console having a full half the disc space of the disc-based one is..... an interesting choice.
