We are in the middle (start of?) a right wing wave here now, Sweden and the other Scandinavian countries are experiencing the same, so everything isn’t just peaches here neither.

I would like to see your list of “most” EU countries who allow buying AR-type rifles. From personal experience I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that list will be short.

Her in Norway you get licensed for either manual or stick-shift (which includes automatic). So if you completed your licence on an automatic, you’re not actually licensed to drive stick-shift.. My instructor insisted that manual was the future, they actually had to specially order their cars from the manufacturer,

Yeah, I know, and they are faster, so you can use them more efficiently and you can see better 'around' them. I've fought using large, viking type, round-shields, and the amount of blind-spot you have with one of those is scary. But, like I said, a well-trained Roman line is scary efficient..

This is a contentious point in medieval sword-fighting. Some manuals describe edge-on-edge contact, some don't. The problem is that you generally don't have a lot of strength when deflecting a sword with the flat side of your sword.

I've also done a good deal of medieval fencing and going by the period manuals that are available, real sword fighting is indeed very messy. I'd say maybe 50% of the techniques described didn't involve any cutting surface or a sword at all.. As we mostly trained using no armour at all, we simply didn't use half of the

Are you following all the rules laid down in the bible? Or just the ones you agree with? I mean, the list is pretty long and might be a little suprising. Off course, it's hard to drum up hate over eating shell-fish, or wearing clothes of more than one fabric, but I've yet to see a rationale that explains why
