I really dig the idea of this! DTM racing is probably my favorite to watch at the moment. The cars look great, the racing is tight (usually), and the 2 race event format is cool. I would love to see a race that combined the DTM and Super GT cars.
Live in St. Louis.
This was the first 24 LeMans I didn’t catch any part of in idk how many years. And I don’t even regret it one bit. I had no interest in watching before the start of the race, and it sounds like I didn’t miss anything. Sad.
Hot take. I agree.
Stunning. There is no amount of money I don’t have that I wouldn’t give for this.
Yes, I know, but I doubt if they did.
I know, but it’s not common knowledge.
True, but I’d be shocked if they were able to get it off the glue trap without severely injuring it. It usually rips the skin off them. :(
Just a young rat snake. Completely harmless. Shame it had to die.
Audi introduces new A6- “Ugh, it’s so bland. It’s like a German Camry. They didn’t even try. Boring.”
As someone who works in the car industry and drives all makes and models, this is one of my absolute biggest pet peeves.
I’m not talking about underpaying a lien. The dealer will get an exact payoff as soon as possible and pay it off in it’s entirety.
I’m not confusing anything. I’m merely pointing out there are instances in which a mistake in regards to money is somehow made, in the dealer’s favor, and the dealer rectifies it at their expense. As it should be.
Not saying it’s impossible, but no dealer I’ve worked at, or even heard of, bases the commission % on the gross of an individual sale. It is generally based on the number of units you sell. For instance, you start @ 25%, but once you hit 10 units, it retros to 30%.
“......that actually feels like a Subaru.”
I work at a dealership, and have worked at a few dealerships over the years and there have been numerous instances where an error was made in the figures in the dealer’s favor, and the customer was contacted to be reimbursed.
Except that they actually drive great, especially the Alltrack models.
Signed,
This is an outdated viewpoint. VW is solidly average or better in terms of reliability with their modern offerings. They may not be Honda or Lexus levels, but certainly on par or better than Ford, Mazda, etc, etc.
