As a Canadian I can tell you - yes - it gets cold. But it’s also burning hot in the summer. It’s an amazing quality of life here (if you don’t mind high taxes) but - you get what you pay for. Low crime, good schools, a fairly welcoming society and our new PM is going to legalize weed.
