I haven't seen a doctor in like 11 years since you mentioned it. If I ever develop symptoms or develop a condition I'm sure I will. And I've got nothing against vaccines. I just don't watch the news so I haven't heard of any major outbreaks due to not getting vaccinated.

I'll only believe it after my emotions have been manipulated into believing it. Skywriting is a good start.

pfft. numbers.

All part of Nancy Reagan's "War on Drugs"

what actual damage? Has there been a smallpox outbreak or flu pandemic that I missed?

Man, D.A.R.E class really got to you.. I said nicotine, not cigarettes.

yeah, i mean, i think the researchers aim to tackle those issues, difficult or not. so says the article.

I'm talking about nicotine though. Nicotine by itself is just another stimulant. It's when you burn tobacco, and especially factory produced tobacco, what's harmful is everything else you're burning and inhaling. If you smoked those electronic cigarettes your whole life you wouldn't get emphysema either and that's

Tobacco, and more specifically nicotine, has value in the same way that Caffeine has value, they're both stimulants and they're both addictive. A lifetime of drinking coffee will stain your teeth and ruin your heart, but that doesn't mean I'll stop waking up to a cup or two.

I would also argue that smokers live different lifestyles than non-smokers. Specifically less active lifestyles. Smoking is pretty terrible for your heart too, and your skin. Not to mention lungs and throat. Looks so coooool to do it though.

The way it was explained to me when I was young and thirsty for knowledge, but not thirsty enough to fact check it, the molecules of warm or hot water move faster than cool water, which somehow speeds up the freezing process. It's counter-intuitive but all the best science is.

Based on your criticism I'm assuming you meant to say he's overrated as an actor. Which I agree. I mean, he's not bad by any means, but him being in a movie doesn't put me in the seat to watch it. I liked him in that role though, back in his pre-Fight Club days. Against Bruce Willis's 'straight-man' performance it

They're getting closer..

I was always pretty against rushing off to Mars just to set the milestone, especially when there's plenty of important work to be done setting up things in orbit or on the Moon, but I guess if a visit to Mars is what it'll take to inspire people and if that will flood NASA and other space agencies with money to do

My plan with buying the Hobbit will be the same as it was with LofR. Wait for the extended edition trilogy set on blu ray. Almost the opposite was true for my waiting to buy the Star Wars trilogy but I've about accepted they'll never release the theatrical versions until Lucas is dead and in the ground.

I get your point but I think I still prefer it from Cole's perspective. There'd be no Brad Pitt if it was told from the doctor's point of view. Besides, the story wasn't about "is he crazy or is he a time traveler", the story is about the mystery behind the Army of the 12 Monkeys.

That you know of at least. Not until they get their brother in law DEA agent killed and try to steal their baby. Then you'll know for sure.

I'm not saying she was right, once that story line started up I stopped sympathizing with her immediately.
