First paragraph, it was the whole point of this undertaking:

This isn't about safe sex, at all. It's about a culture that has created "sexual entitlement" for these athletes and the subsequent sexual assaults that this committee feels are a direct result of that culture.

I think you missed the point...

You know what would stop the "culture of sexual entitlement", if chicks would stop banging BU hockey players. (hope this isn't cross-posted on Jezebel...)

Wait, but you guy did a hands-on review that validates the quality of "Pure-View", right? So is it actually not that good?

Just checking, is the female tipster someone you want to get with? Is that why this barely register-able example of minor sexism warrants a full post?

I can't tell if this is sarcastic or not and that's kind of scary...

Electricity in the US IS actually pretty cheap... I live in Seattle and in the summer (when I don't use electric heat) the bill is under $30. (Plasma TV that I use more than I should, home server, electric range, electric water heater)

"You're writing from a position of unearned and blithely unexamined moral authority about people you don't really know and a situation you only half know. "

Of course they're wrong, and of course they're rude. I'm not sure what point this article makes beyond feeding these trolls. Don't validate these people with rational, reasoned responses.

With people taking offense to EVERYTHING these days is comedy headed toward a "Jay Leno" end-state or will there be some comedic revolution where Rape Jokes, Genocide Jokes and such are brought back to fashion?

Do we laugh today as much as we did in the past? Are we funnier as a society?

It seems that people take offense to more jokes today than in the past? How does that (will that?) play into the evolution of comedy? Are we headed toward a "Jay Leno" world or will the pendulum swing back in the other direction?

"Have"? Present tense?
