I highly doubt it. Increased memory might happen. But Nintendo will stick to it's guns with the gamepad. The investor briefing had mr. Iwata mentioning that gamepad heavy games were to be announced at E3.

White models are typiccaly more popular in Japan. I was bummed out the White 32 didn't launch in Europe and got the 8 myself.

I must be one of the few people who actually got a white UK Wii U because I wanted a white console rather than a black one...

Still the best version! Some stank but a lot of the G1 toys were epic in their ability to actually look like the vehicle they were supposed to be, without too much bumpf.

I am a hardcore supporter of the gamecube controller... especially the way the ABXY buttons are aligned so that you can easily push two or even three of the buttons at once.
