If I remember correctly, doesn't he mostly talk via telepathy to the other members of the royal family? In that case, you can have anyone do the voice over and pick the perfect physical actor. Some good old stunt casting. Put CM Punk or some other wrestler in a full body costume and just let them using body language.

Agreed. Black Bolt always struck me as physically imposing. You need a very physical actor for that (and a great Medusa)
