Those were the only two Suzuki movies I’ve seen because the library had the Criterion. I have that old Branded to Kill DVD but I would like to see the upgrade. I know the library has the Tokyo Drifter Blu-ray now.

Berwyn!
Tokyo Drifter. The library had a big selection of Criterion titles and I thought a Japanese crime film would be good. Ha. Not even five minutes in I was wondering what I had found. I went back and got Branded to Kill. Within a few days I was a big Suzuki fan. It was mind-blowing. Rarely happens to me with movies now.
Mitchell, people don’t like you.
Great game for Puig:
Who had nearly fought the Dragon of Angnor, who had nearly stood up to the Vicious Chicken of Bristol, and who had personally wet himself at the Battle of Badon Hill.
Yes, we were talking about trucker/CB movies recently when Convoy was on. White Line Fever directed by Jonathan Kaplan, who started out in blaxploitation.
I got rid of cable. I do miss the DVR. Every Monday I would check my certain channels for anything good or weird. this-TV especially has titles that are never seen anywhere and I get it part-time OTA. Late night only.
I hunt Blaculas.
Another brand new Trailers From Hell for The Born Losers (1967). They are doing biker week. Much better than I expected. Jack Starrett appears as cop.
The Cult Flicks and Trash Pics book is dedicated to Mr. Adamson. I went and found my copy. He is the first big sidebar story in the book.
I was listening to the Joe Bob Briggs commentary on Run, Angel, Run! (1969) earlier today and he mentioned Satan’s Sadists.
