Yes for any car of that period... the corvair is not any less safe after the 2nd year of production then anything else from that period.

It does have a clutch... SMH... The problem is people try to drive it like it doesn’t have a clutch, like there is a torque converter... Its not a problem with programming, its just different. If its a problem with programming then modern cars that don’t have auto rev match on the manual has an issue with programming.
