Correct, Dodge is no longer allowing dealers to do this. But if you read the article, it was not a real markup but a joke to get people from stop trying to buy a car that was already sold.

You don't think the bigger problem is that it is a 360? The 430 is a lot cheaper to own and run re timing belt... I see alot of 360's for sale, but they never sell at asking prices... From what I have seen the paid price for a 360 has been dropping like a stone for years.

Hey Tyler...

wanna bet? look at the s8's weight and hp... it was faster then the big 7 at the time and there was no amg s class at that point.

Funny you can still buy great used 2002's and e46m3's... Not to mention e30 M3's... all of those kick the snot out of this car.

How can we be sure this is Ferrari and not the Salesman at the importer trying to raise profits?

Car guys will bow down... isn't that the point? You know you can kick a S or 7 to the curb, but you do it in quiet subtle style.

I thought the exact same thing... that is not a turn where you would check your mirrors on a track day....

Stop making up names... Like Chupathingy

As someone that has 2 240z's one a track rat, and someone who has pulled and installed MGB motors ( damn they are heavy!!!) I slightly see your point, but my SU Z stays in tune through multiple track sessions... Now the Webbers I used to have are another story... hence the swap back to SU's. I'm 6'4 so pretty easy

True it can be fixed and which fix did you use? From saying you race a swing arm car, I would assume one of the limiter setups. Or do you have he rear end swap from a later GT6?

My understanding is that the early cars that are raced have the rear end swapped for mkII GT6 rear ends... Again Spits did not get this until the very end. Still the MGB or 240Z are still much better choices then a Spit for track use.

Spitfire is a bad bad choice... thier suspension has issues on the track... look up swingarm tuck. An MGB or a nice 240Z would be much much better choices.

What class does the raptor run in? If it beat a factory Raptor.... that is kinda impressive.

LOL good luck with that!!!!

2 notes...

There was a brief CHiPs reference on the cloverleaf, the panning shot matched the intro to the show... not sure if it was the same cloverleaf though. Maybe.
