Y'see, you won't be able to speed run through it. You'll run down a path and down a ladder to find half of blight-town between you and the next bonfire because they all wandered over there or saw you from a mile away.

If you did beat the game then I'm sure you can realise how much of a difference it would be to have enemies chase forever, agro at longer distances and also wander about the bloody map.

You clearly didn't play the game, then. :p

Ah, right. Fair enough!

Not all MRAs are atheists. The way you phrased it makes it sound like something bad due to being followed and preceded by negatives. :(

I feel this is quite an eloquent post on how stereotypes are damaging to fiction in their relation to tropes and cliches as well as also commenting on how/when they can be fine. I would star it more if I could.

You're right about BF3/4 not being the kind of game that uses it to the fullest. The type of games that are best are fast-paced arena shooters or just generally fast games. Tribes ascend, for example, would just be impossible with a controller.

The ICRC believes there is a place for international humanitarian law (the law of armed conflict) in video games. The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement has publicly stated its interest in the implications of video games that simulate real-war situations and the opportunities such games present for

They're a lot cheaper, once again, in foreign countries. Also, I assume that some of the budget will go towards cloud computing or buying some servers of some kind. I did mention that.

I think you're being a bit single-minded in your thinking on budgets. This is a game being made by many people around the world. $5 million isn't the amount for a low budget-MMO in, for example, China. That's the amount for a AAA title in China. (Look to china and Korea for examples of moderate-quality low-budget (By

I didn't realise they had been together for a year already. That's quite impressive!

As others pointed out they have a release date of 2015 already. On top of that, for all we know they might have an orchestra volunteering for them. And I very highly doubt that people who met online don't have computers. :p Suggesting otherwise is just silly.

It is if you don't pay employees. Wait. No. 'Volunteers.'

I heard from someone that they have an artificial limit on the beta of medium so even if you set it higher all you are getting is medium. But this is second-hand information so don't take my word on it. :p

Minecraft doesn't have much in terms of gameplay. What it has going for it is a sandbox. Nobody plays it for the combat. (Except when heavily modded in multiplayer. (The fact it's such an open sandbox means that it can have those mods easily added.))

There's a reason multi-platform games never became a thing between console and PC. It was perfectly possible and in many cases they put the infrastructure there but a mouse is just so incredibly superior to a controller that you either have to give the people with controllers some form of hacks, (Which they get anyway

Natch sounds like some sort of skin disease and is a derogatory term to refer to a woman's genitalia. and saves 3 keystrokes.

I can't tell if you are serious.

How is MOP any worse?
