Looks closer to 40/50 at points. Anything above 50 is nigh' on impossible. 30, sure, it would be uncomfortable, especially for those who aren't heavy. 40-50 would require a very specific posture... But this looks to be closer to 50. Keep in mind that it appears slightly slower due to the size of the vehicle.

I can't say I ever have this problem. But I like to use my time efficiently, even on my days off... Especially on my days off, actually. I'll play games until I get bored of them and move onto a different genre of games.
