Exactly! And it isn’t like I’m trying to tell anyone they’re wrong for liking it or that they should change their opinions. I respect that it’s something others enjoy watching, but it just isn’t my cup of tea. But that doesn’t invalidate my opinion, either.

As the old saying goes, “Different strokes for different folks.” The fact that you aren’t a fan of the show doesn’t mean you don’t like sci-fi, it just means you don’t like The Orville. The two aren’t mutually exclusive as some out there would have you believe. :)
