Yeah you’re wrong. She might offer them advice, but she’s there to function as a sex object, pure and simple.

FWIW, I was shocked a day or two ago when a new release featuring Killer Mike and Andre 3Gs turned up on a spotify playlist.

What the hell do PC gamers have to do with this?

Well, if you re-read what you’re complaining about, you’ll see that the movie was described as the exception to Nintendo’s habit of falling into tropes.

Holy shit that’s genius.

It’s more likely to be a casualty of whatever CMS system they use here. The display components are trying to find titles or things to link dynamically, and just dropping the text.

Not as much as a grown man being oddly invested in it.

Right, Tyrion tells her she’s evil for 10 minutes... but Tyrion had been an idiot since he got on the boat. Every piece of advice he gave her after they got to the mainland was entirely incorrect.

Gotta call BS on the Jamie thing. Every character moment in the last episode felt like a logical end for his character only if you entirely ignored his arc across the show.

You seem fun.

Can’t argue with any of that, but I’d love this generation to get the chance to choose.

It’s not a fucking debate, it’s respecting the person you’re talking about. Get over yourself.

Never in my life have I read such a perfect description of a human being. Holy shit.

Right, it’s on women to do this, not on society. Let’s also totally ignore the fact that many women are in a situation where they don’t have the power to make that choice.

Yeah, what you’re saying is literally in the article.

Just outta curiosity, have you actually read 1984? It’s just... not relevant to what you’re commenting on.

Echoing the other commenters, this looks fun as hell.

What the hell is that narration? Not only does the actor sound bored to tears, they’ve been directed to hit timings and intonations that you’d typically hear spoken by an in-game character, but then they say things like “semi-open world” and “legacy of Prince of Persia.”

AFAIK you’re both right: “serving” and “giving” came out of the drag ball culture of the 1980s in NYC, which was (at least in terms of driving the culture) primarily Black and Latin. It’s been a while since I’ve seen it, but I’m pretty sure you hear “it’s giving” a few times in the documentary Paris is Burning.

I hope anyone who balks at anti-cop rhetoric is paying attention. “I may not agree with the laws, but I will follow them” is EXACTLY why no minorities should trust the police. Officer Andy may be friendly today, he may even “care,” but if the law changes tomorrow, Officer Andy will beat your head in without a second
