If it takes you 12 parsecs to complete that one corner, you’re probably doing it wrong.
Super-charging? Turbo-charging? My EV startup will use much less confusing nomenclature. I’m currently thinking about using “Jam-charging” or “whammo-charging”. Much better.
Ah yes, the Red Leader Vettel Kessel Kemmel run scenario. I’ve heard tell of it from the Imperial archives. Or was it the metric archives, I forget...
I keep confusing the Kessel Run with the Kemmel straight at Spa Francorchamps. I guess I have a Sci-F1 problem.
The Kombi isn’t the shape it used to be. The original screen wasn’t broken, it just won’t fit the body any more. A replacement screen will have the same problem.
Somehow I doubt that he’ll be able to source a new Windscreen in the modified shape. Goggles for dusty or rainy days might be required.
Wool. Luxurious wool.
Proto-Photoshop?
On a visit to the States in 2003, I rented a car to explore California in (an amazing Mitsubishi Gallant in desert beige). I thought it would be great to visit Death Valley, and it was, right until I started running out of gas. The gas at Panamint Springs looked expensive, so I figured I’d get some at the next station…
Bought my first car, and on the way home, it ran out of fuel. And, coincidentally, oil (original Mini). I only replaced one of these things, so after making a lot of noise for about a mile, one of the pistons exited through the side of the block and that was that. Interesting first journey, and at the same time rather…
...or possibly “naught”.
For another super-fun road, turn left at the top of the Hakone Turnpike, and take Route 75 down to Yugawara. Just don’t drop a wheel into the drainage channels or forget to brake for the hairpin bends.
Dorifto?!?
Skivebremser!
Thank you, I will! In fact, I always do!
Vandertall! amirite?
Your guess sounds good to me!
According to the Wikipedia page for the 126, those crazy Polski FIAT people did make FWD prototypes of 126p cars, so it wouldn’t take a huge leap to imagine them doing the same with an 850 Sport, just for kicks.
Is it a mule for the 850's successor, the 127? It would make sense for them to experiment with existing components before completing the switch from RR to FF configuration. Having said that, mules aren’t normally so well finished.
