How about the Nissan Autech Stelvio Zagato? Nissan built the chassis (based on the Y31 Leopard/Infiniti M30) and shipped it to Italy. Zagato added an amazing body and fancy interior and shipped it back to Japan for final sales prep. All of the 200 cars were sold exclusively in Japan, of course.
