I was not saying it isn't there decision, I was asking you if it wasn't rhetorically to inquire about why you believe that another person is sexually abusing a transperson because the transperson decided to withhold the information that they are trans.

Why is that? Is it not the transperson's decision whether or not to reveal if they are trans and whether or not they consent? I fail to see how it is the fault of the other for not knowing something they couldn't possibly know if not informed.
