Sony has been doing some ridiculously good sales lately. This Golden Week sale especially, holy crap.

Ding ding ding! This is exactly the situation with me and my hubby. I don't have a "room full", but I do have "boy shelves" on our bookcases. And he has his girl shelves. On either side of our bedroom, there's a Kusanagi wall scroll and an Emeraldas wall scroll. And we both have artwork up around our computers

"It's just sad all the good games are from its predecessor still"

If the sales figures are anything to go by, that small userbase has purchasing power almost equal to that of consoles that have been out for over 6 years.

For example, GameSpot took some heat for its Donkey Kong Country Returns Tropical Freeze review because it gave it a 6/10 when most scores were coming in at 7, 8, or 9 out of 10. Their criticisms of the game were essentially that it didn't do

2) Games change; Metascores don't. No matter how many times a game is patched or tweaked or improved in any way, that big ol' number won't change. Let's say reviewers give something a low score because of bugs, and over the next few months, the developers squash all those issues in subsequent patches. The Metascore
