Wow this quote "Best friend to all, but more broken than he ever let on." is perfect! You summed this moment up pretty perfectly. And I just love how real and human Zidane was ultimately portrayed. Heck, all of the FF IX companions were.

Man! I'm really surprised by and loving all the love fans are giving FF IX in these posts today! Could it be FF fans are finally realizing how underrated and fantastic FF IX truly is!? Finally!

Now playing

One of my faves, and a very underrated one at that:

"Imagine being at home and a fire starts in your house or someone is breaking in, but you're in lala land."

Studies have shown that the type of VR implemented in the Rift actually reduces eye strain when compared to a monitor.

The virtual boy wasn't 1080p, didn't have headtracking, wasn't run off a high powered machine, could only render one color and very few frames a second, didn't mimic the way the eyes view images.

It doesn't just suit one genre.

That's the prototype in 2011 moron did you even look at everything else?

I don't understand why what it looks like matters so much to people. Are you planning on wearing it in public?

Once again I extend my middle finger to Nintendo for region locking the 3ds systems so that outside of our designated area's we are unable to obtain and enjoy these custom systems unless we then get all of our games from the other region.

I agree with where you're going, but it's not really what Microsoft is aiming at. They're not exactly gonna turn away someone who launches on their system and not Sony's, right? Not to mention the instant costs that are associated with it - developing for multiple SKUs, certs, etc. etc. Some small teams might launch

I have to say, I find it really weird how so many people consider this kind of thing immature or in bad taste
For me it just seems entirely harmless.

If anything I find it kind of refreshing in a way that Sony are willing to let their representatives show a little personality and have a bit of fun with their positions,

Microsoft's policy is bad because it is an "exclusive" agreement. The software cannot launch on Xbox after it has launched somewhere else. MS wants to be first or at least at the same time as everyone else. PlayStation just wants the game on their system they don't care if it has launched elsewhere.

I think if it's a series of games, THAT'S where the plot gets crazy, but single games with self-contained plots? Those generally have pretty good, not so crazy stories. KH, RE, and MGS have crazy stories because there's like 10 games that all share a universe, characters, and an overarching story. But, look at other

Metal Gear is a constantly growing lore. Spider-Man, Batman and plenty other lore fictional universes are filled with inconsistencies and retcons as well.

The only place to buy digital Xbox games is on Xbox LIVE, there is no competition, no pressure to discount.

paying money for XBL and then having to deal with ads just rubs me the wrong way. Sure there are ads on the PSN, but they are for things (mostly games) on the PSN...

Oh man... Jason, please bear with me here.

My father's name is Edgar. I loved him to death, and he actually passed away last year. He gave me something that I would never ever lose, and that was the courage to be myself. (This has a relevance to your article, so hear me out.)
