I understand what you're saying but the fact is they dont need any drm period. They have no proof people are going to use it so that more than 10 people will have access to the same games at the same time and in all likelihood its unlikely.

No its not they wont give us details on why the had to remove it or what they've tried or ruled out and for what reasons, etc. They don't say why they aren't sure either, its a problem with sony and nintendo aswell (though lately MS has been the worst about it)

Well they said "the title princess" not the title which shares its name with this princess" My first reaction would've been zelda too, it sounds like they're asking for her name rather than the title
