right well its not worth jailing him and for some rare cases. This person is clearly not a criminal and all the money theyve wasted on him could be used to get actual criminals that have actually committed crimes

Yes but the consequence should be people looking down on you nothing more. This is in no way equal to yelling fire because no ones life was put in danger, no one would even know about ti if some idiot didn't call in and report him

He can joke about whatever the hell he want thats his right, just because you don't like it doesn't mean he should be jailed. It was a dumb joke but getting ANY jail time is ridiculous. People can look down on him but freedom of speech means not being jailed for saying what you want.

Actually it is eidos they're clearly in the wrong here, being assholes to their consumers. As we've seen with cases against MS and Sony agreeing to a TOS doesn't hold up in court, if they screw you over they're still liable
