Wrong. A grand jury subpoena can be issued for just about any reason, without a need to show probable cause or reasonable suspicion of a crime.

Also check the spare tire and trunk for water damage.

The latter.
Invisible stop sign can also be that you see a kid about to enter the road, or some other hazard, but the guy behind you cannot see it. So that guy think you are nuts, even though you stopped for a good reason.
Appreciate what you have and be grateful that you do not need the appeal of a celebrity to gather funding for your health.

The Lubbock station donated its airwaves for a charity telethon that was scheduled months ago. The Joplin station is featuring local boxers, which better serves their local audience’s interests and advertisers’ dollars.

The problem is the cameras, not the 5mph speed change. It was never a fast road for anyone, with all the traffic and red lights. Just now, drivers are speeding on side streets to avoid cameras.
Yeah, it is about cameras, where there were none before. The 5mph drop is not a factor at all, because few drivers could/would bother to speed (in a significant manner) there with all the red lights. Traffic sucked before and after. Drivers are just avoiding the cameras now by going on side streets.
