Part of enjoying the show is dissecting it, isn't it?

More or less what I thought the very first time I watched the show (even before I knew that the seasons were irregular), based on the noticeably concave look of the landscape in the intro. The world is artificial and the "sun" is a malfunctioning nuclear furnace, hence the non-regularity of the seasons.

Not really screwing the timeline but correcting it, nevertheless I wanted to mention not one but TWO potentially great shows that were cancelled even before airing their pilots (perhaps we io9ers should go back in time and correct those mistakes!)

That is exactly my opinion. When I first saw te transporter the Gary Seven character uses in the "Assignment: Earth" episode, I shouted at the TV "THAT is the way to teletransport!". Up until then I couldn't put my finger at what made me unease with the thought of using traditional starfleet transport (which to my

No jaffa retractable helmet??? The ones from the movie were better than the ones from the series.

About 5 years ago I installed a single blue LED pointing down from the ceiling above the toilet. I used a diode to feed it from a nearby AC socket and a resistor to set the current at about 1/2 mA. Always on, no switch, no light sensor.

I am not clear about how does this device prevents that even if neither electrode fails, some electricity might find a circuit-closing showering person, more so with PVC plumbing.

LED's low power consumption is a tremendous advantage, and it does look better, but doesn't bluish light scatter more than yellowish light?

You won't, because none of them won't.

I was hearing THAT since the first gif! Thanks!

Now I want to read the novel, see the movie and the TV series.

After checking this map projection and the West Wing video, I am strongly partial to this kind of map, even after a life of Mercator.

I just realized that my first sentence matches the URL of this io9 article.

There is a lot of "I love River Song" / "I hate River Song" going on. It seems that the main fault in her character is the subordination of her's to the Doctor's, that she is rarely shown doing something meaningful without him.

Your expression says it all ("Dear God, how did I convinced myself to drink this???") he hehe...

An article with just two words, and one of them is a link to another article in the same website? The title should not be longer than one word, then.

That was the first thing that I saw too.

That lather is what cleans/kills all the filth

Those are the standard "What, Who, When". But nice of LH to remind us, as these questions are often dismissed because the answers are considered obvious (and different for each participant)

Several Star Trek stations a not one tribble-infested DS-K7?
