Yay for alchemy systems! I really liked the first Atelier Iris (second one, notsomuch), and games like these are a godsend for players with packrat syndrome. You have a nearly unlimited inventory! And you can mix stuff out of that inventory to make other stuff. So fun.

I'm allergic to cats now when I used to not be, and it sucks because I love cats. From what I've heard, for some people allergies actually cycle, that is, new ones are developed and old ones drop, something like every 7 years I think. I'm also allergic to conifers (pine trees and the like) which makes spring and fall

That's the problem with this, at least in terms of Ubisoft. The quality of a game is subjective and dependent upon variables such as age and gender. A 7 year old girl may think that anything from the Imagine Series is gold; unfortunately, the 35 year old men who caused the Metacritic review to be so poor obviously

Oh Fahey, I could listen to your dulcet tones all day! I try to imitate you every time someone comes in and wants Arcana Heart.

Someone needs to shop her face onto a female bodybuilder so that we can all see how creepy and gross it would look. Add the costume. Someone has the skills; not me, but someone.

I keep forgetting Valentine's Day this year, and it's in...a week? Geez. Fortunately my boyfriend and I don't believe in cards (we consider them a rip-off) and we usually get each other gifts, but they're not necessarily considered romantic. For example, this year I'm giving him a poster that I ordered from NISA. It

Thank you, Atlus, for giving RPG fans even more reason to pick up a PSP. Aside from Loco Roco, Patapon, and a couple of other crazy games, my PSP is solely an RPG machine, and only recently did the library start to grow.

The reason I liked Hardcore Gamer so much was that it really catered to RPG's in a time where FPS gets the majority of attention. They covered normal games too, as Dead Rising was their feature on, I think, their second issue?

After having a few 3000's come back defective right after Christmas, I would have to say I am also waiting to see what the next version PSP has to offer.

This is upsetting. I actually really liked this magazine and I absolutely adore the publisher. DoubleJump books makes guides for most NISA and Atlus games that are published over here and they're always very thorough and sometimes end up rare. That said, their magazine was impossible to find in stores, and I don't

It's a cat. A cute, stylized, FF cat. ARGH!!!!

@Soldier_CLE scratches himself, seems pleased.: Just out of curiosity, have you ever worked in retail before? I only ask because although I know about what you and Shining Dark are talking about, but I doubt that's your experience EVERY time you go in there. For the most part, and maybe I'm just being naive about it,

@Phydeaux: just so you know, Gamestop is and has been working on changing their corporate image for a while now, and are actually working to retain employees since turnover is actually one of the biggest problems for them, money-wise and for the reason you mentioned above. Most managers aren't being as pushy on

It snowed in Houston, TX on Wednesday evening. It's been four years since the last time it happened, and there's something about not having snow all the time that makes it extra special when it does happen.

@SketchyIndividual: No, trust me, you don't want that. That would be my dad. If you really think you want a RL Resetti, get married! Then your wife can nag you the way Resetti nags you!

Argh!!! Those are so awesome....Every time I see an overpriced toy I get sad because I want one but can't justify spending that kind of money on myself. Damn you, Japanese toy makers!

I am sure there is something cool about that microwave...maybe it plays music while you cook your food or something.

Man!! I didn't know these were for sale until too late!!
