That's somewhat disappointing. I'm glad I don't have enough disposable income to buy a new color every time one comes out. I'm happy with my Zelda edition from last year, but I wanted the ice blue when the system launched in Japan, and when it never came out over here I gave up since I won't import stuff when I can

@Dirk Dorkelson: yes, yes it does. Paper clips also work. I was pretty upset when mine didn't work. I thought there was a power button I needed to press or something. Turns out, no.

@Seiven: Don't you complain! You knew about it! If you didn't I would be shocked. And....also, if we'd been able to order them here, and I'd known you could actually fit it on your arm...yeah, probably would have ordered it. *sigh* Alas, I can only afford one super-expensive game toy a year, and this year it's the

wow...that is pretty disturbing. I didn't know the creatures could go parasitic like that; it's very impressive.

@Jesse_Dylan: I'm looking forward to not having an irritating black load screen every time I walk into a church, bar, building, or different landscape. My one, unfortunate complaint about DQ VIII. Drove me freaking nuts, even though I know each load screen was maybe 3 seconds long, it just felt like it was chugging.

HELLS YES!!

I can't do the heights thing either, especially if there's only a waist-high guardrail. I have to stay clear. I ate at one of those revolving restaurants (they have one in Houston) once and was very worried the whole time because I felt like the floor was slanting towards the windows. My dad offered to switch with me

I only ever picked it up on the DS, since I am a brat about the touch screen capabilities. This should work very well on the IPhone as well.

I don't think it was bad to give media coverage to Jack Thompson. In the end it was about his horribly flawed view of video games and the people who play them that led to his downfall.

Pfft.... Who cares about Kirsten Dunst? Crecente was there!! Bitch can wait.

I can't get rid of stuff. It's awesome to have cool things, but they clutter up everywhere. Such is the life of a packrat...

That pants comment....of all the things to notice. I hate short pants and I didn't even think of that!

If I'm not too busy playing "Oh shit! Another part of the wall is leaking!", I will be playing assorted games on my DS, GBA SP, and PSP until the batteries die on them. I would include my Micro in the list too, but I don't have the charger. Go Hurricane Ike, I suppose.

This is unfortunate. Majesco was one of those companies that worked a bit more out of the box than others, but they weren't big enough to swallow the loss when they made something that underperformed. Psychonauts was an amazing game with a good story. It was kooky, but it was good. Cooking Mama was a fortunate

God, I can't wait for this. Rail shooters are some of my favorite games from childhood, and the Wii is the perfect console to bring them to. Still waiting for the Silent Hill rail shooter! They need to bring that over pronto!

I wear sandals/flip flops almost religiously. Of course, as many people have echoed above, it's Texas. Hot feet are not fun.

I'll buy all of them. The first Loco Roco had me so wound up; I was sad when it didn't do as well. Patapon was a fantastic follow-up, and while I realize they're completely different gameplay-wise I thought they were both novel concepts and that the artwork was what really made them stand up. And I love the music!

I think this was the funniest thread I have read....probably ever. Makes me want to bust out some text adventures!!

This trailer is definitely better than the other. The old one almost made me feel like it was focusing on some kind of love story, which doesn't really seem like a feasible goal with an MMO. I also love the nod to lens flare, hehe!
