The hyperbolic tone of the article put me off, what can I say? It is cool tech, but it's been out for awhile and there are a ton of people that do have/use VMware and VMware View.

Yawn. Yeah...VMware View. Been doing this for over a year. Big friggin' deal. We use it to deliver 3D rendered medical imaging, so yeah the image quality is outstanding. PCoIP FTW.

I think something a lot of the commenters are missing is that this is a 2.5 laptop drive (though yes, you could certainly use it in a tower). The suggestions of "just add a 120GB SSD to a couple of 1TB drives" are moot for anyone with a laptop.

I have the recentely-released 750GB version. I LOVE it.
