TOTALLY agree! My bf and I have been together three years and every time we go on vacation the women in my office are like, omg you're so going to come back engaged! (My male boss does this too). It's not technically double jeopardy as it is considered a continuation of the original case. For example, if the Italian high court doesn't like the appellate court's decision from this trial, they could send it back a third time.
