More like Godzilla vs Robogodzilla.

It's is really easy to fight against people with "rock an sticks", but not China, Russia or even Iran. With that countries drones just futile. In Russia/Georgia war all georgian's drones were shoot down in first days of conflict.

How... convenient... I guess...

some anime stuff

FTW for me

Nope.

Gugu.ru - some russian website?

Chuny!!!

It's support alac that a same thing.

Su-33/ Su-35 And all russian deck airplanes do not require catapult for start. They have very powerful engines. Su-33 have engines twice as powerful than F-18 for example. And J-15 it is copy of Su-33.

It's not math it's real "paper" capacity of the ship. 25 planes can be deployed if need. So far there was no need in such deploy. And now on duty it have only 18 Su-33 And 4 Su-25. I mean that if China wants to be able to deploy 25 aircraft on deck - it possible.

I can't find that source on english, and this is theoretical deck max capacity. I found only model pic http://goo.gl/FxKUo because it never happen in real life (it just not necessary, russian aircraft carrier was never involved in military conflicts.) In normal procedures there is a 8 planes on the deck.

Russian twin brother "Admiral Kuznetsov" have 50 aircraft carried: 25 planes and 24 helis. 25 planes can be deploy on deck, and launch 2 in 4 minutes. It's good enough i think.

If they copy Su-35 precisely – they can.

It's a good joke, sir! Indeed!

US still have a catapults in 2012...

China never was a 3rd world country. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_World

mad skillz!

Russians planes was always made with dogfights thoughts. US 4 - 5th gen is all long range fighters. With only guns, f-22 no chance against Su-33, Su-35 (only if F-22 pilot muuuch better than Su's). But in long range, Flankers is dead bodies, for now.
