Let me second Super GT liveries by adding just a couple more examples like the official GT500 Nismo GTR livery (idrk but red-black-chrome kinda tickles my fancy)

Super GT, hand before that JGTC, hands down.
Both of the modern-day, anime-funded liveries (the Ikamusume Ferrari, Haruhi 911, Miku Z4, Evangelion whateveritis) or the classic Calsonic, Hoshino, Unisia Jecs, Zexel or Castrol liveries are awesome

There's something to be said for some of the weirder Super GT liveries.

Like the BTCC, they just seemed to do liveries better in the late 90s.

Vintage DTM vehicles were quite handsome. In general, touring cars and rally cars look best because they have more real estate for the cameras and spectators to appreciate.
