Except for the price they should have less not more. After getting rid of Bimmer number 5 I bought a Boss Mustang. First day build and not 100% issue free but I drive it harder, faster and further than any of my BMW’s would have been able to deal with. And yes the interior plastic is crap, but damn fun without

Oh they’ve had their issues. They, like I did””, just keep it quiet because a) first you are a fan then b) you can’t admit to your friends your fancy German car is a pile of shit. When they finally break free of the cult like hold they’ll have stories for you.

“...acknowledge and address the known trouble areas, they’re shit.”

Sad but true. And let’s not forget problem prone electrical issues or brittle fragile wheels. After 5 myself, including an M and a sweet custom colour cabriolet I’d had enough with issues a warranty downtimes and decided to bail. Only when you don’t want to trade your Bimmer for another one it’s surprising how little

Ford’s smart to buy this one back. There’s something for them to learn her, and why should Joe pay for their privilege.

Thing is they would have succeeded if they brought the experience to Canada Canadians cross the border for. But the stores were empty shelved, featured no cool “designers” stuff and were over-priced. Add in poor staff training and it was doomed to fail. Yet the CEO of the failed Canadian operation walked away with a

No bad guy replacement for Paul Tracy.

Because your friends in advertising don’t want to admit the truth. They killed it by over-exposing us to brand over-promises for decades. Oh, and just so you know I’m a 30 year veteran of the ad business that continues to kill itself and its effectiveness.

Too true. I wasn’t a fan of the bad originally, but back in the day a client comped me free tickets to their show. It was one of the best shows I’d ever been to and a fan was born.

Yes!!!

Me too. I like it less now.

Only for autonomous cars to work flawlessly all cars will need to be autonomous and we may lose the choice to drive.

If I want to be driven I'll take a cab, Uber or hire a driver. I take my car because I want to drive. Heck, I've never found a need to use cruise control.

Aw, I loved Cuba.

Me too.

Same here. The view from the backup camera is seldom confidence inspiring. I actually prefer the beeping radar on my car. And if we want to improve MPG, states and provinces that still have them need to ban front licence plates.

Can we ditch Sabine too? Nothing against her but when you have the Stig, she seems superfluous. Shame, I like the idea of a female host. But I'd prefer a journalist.

I never use standard cruise control as I always felt it led to inattention. Guess I won't be a fan of autopilot as well.

“Tesla’s Autopilot system is widely considered to be the most advanced technology on the market, though Volvo’s argument that its inability to handle complicated driving conditions and rely on a driver that may be distracted due to a false impression of supervision deserves credence.”....such as immersing ones self

“Everyone makes mistakes”?!?!? When you’re a parent it’s time to grow up. Put aside the booze, drugs, cigarettes and selfish indulgences for a few years and focus on the child. Heck, if you're lucky, you may find the healthy lifestyle changes persist forever after.
