Did Tommy Wiseau recently release a new movie I’m unaware of? Because the rest of his work is absolutely top notch. You’d never believe he made The Room on a budget he raised by selling leather jackets in Korea, or from Korea, or made of Koreans? As an American his accent is so thick it’s really hard to understand him

Clearly? How many people attended this convention and how many people got sick afterwards? You think the numbers would have been exactly the same if everybody was unvaccinated? Clearly you came to that conclusion based off this one anecdotal story and complete lack of critical analysis of the situation.

You clearly didn’t understand what you read then, their point was how much money did the store lose by having to be shut down for four hours after the police showed up and killed someone for a minor offense versus just letting them go?

I work at a large technology company and there’s definitely a disproportionate number of Teslas in the parking lots compared to the average population. What I have found though is that most everyone I’ve talked to that has one is not a car person at all and also unaware of the quality of vehicle they’d get if they

There’s more up now... AV Club and Kotaku both have articles related to it now. They’re definitely trying to “stay in their lane” it seems though.

Everywhere has great brisket, it’s just easier to find in Texas.

Then rise again! On the upside I don’t think zombies are usually racist and probably can’t roll coal, so it might be a bit of an improvement.

Keep in mind the population of the USA is 33x larger than Portugal, so comparing raw numbers doesn’t really make sense. If you’re saying 300 vs 2500, then the 300 daily deaths in Portugal is insanely worse than 2500 in the US. New York City City has a population of 8 million vs Portugal’s 10 million, and NYC is

I had never noticed that was a thing till it was mentioned in this article and I went to check, so it’s definitely easy to miss.

I’m gonna assume you forgot the /s here and aren’t actually this dumb.

As discussed in the article, it’s also missing the blue checkmark that it’s the verified official account. That doesn’t mean it was also his, but it’s definitely a spoof account.

Sure Jan

This is Kotaku... a blog for gaming and gaming adjacent topics. Jalopnik would absolutely cover news of GM workers, but it would be weird for it to be covered here. Just like it would be weird for Jalopnik to cover striking workers in the gaming industry. Kotaku covering TJ Maxx workers would be very weird given their

Gizmodo isn't a car blog. Perhaps you got lost on your way to Jalopnik.

I feel like the issue is everybody is taught ad nauseam that the Nazis were because they wanted to take over the world and because of the Holocaust, but only very briefly do you learn about their rise to power. Like you’ll get taught about the most basic concept of propaganda, but people aren’t really taught in depth

Bugs are in every piece of software, glaring bugs that are almost entirely unavoidable as part of regular gameplay are different.

The Pokemon Unite issue you referenced was part of later balancing fix not part of the games initial release. The Metroid Dread one was if you destroyed one specific door in the entire game

“... what do I know, fuck me right?”

Took you a whole paragraph to get to the point, but in the end you got there!

The real issue is you’re misusing the term nickel-and-diming, since the whole discussion about the proprietary drives is that they’re a single big ticket item. Having the markup built into the upfront listed price on a single item is actually the opposite of nickel-and-diming.

Are you getting the filters mixed up with valves? Because if the air is filtered both ways then it is fine, if it exhausts your breath unfiltered... then yeah it’s a worthless mask for protecting others and actually doesn’t fulfill the whole reason for the mask mandates anywhere.
