@Jux: It's actually quite effective. As you say if done effectively. A condom has about the same failure rate, and so does the pill.

@charbullins: I think you are being a little paranoid, if she was on the pill and you pulled out but without a condom, I would understand, but using a condom, the pill and pulling out that's a little over the top.

@Deaf Mute: of course it does, pulling out is a method of birth control and it's actually quite effective if done right. It's not as safe as let's say a condom, but it's almost as safe if the man can control himself perfectly which most men can't.
