    Nothing. However “Hulu and hang” is defined as:

    This sounds petty, but it really does make a big difference.

    I had a similar thing happen to me!

    For those of you having trouble picturing the extending platforms:

    Pro-tip!

    Use a second strap, a rope, or even a bunch of cable ties to connect the center stand to something forward of the center stand. (The front wheel, the frame, a skid plate, etc.)

    This will keep the center stand from folding-up before you want it to.

    Take this advice with a grain of salt as its source was a man on a flat black Rebel 250 with ammo can panniers, a sheepskin seat cover, and a claimed 135,000 miles on the original bottom-end.
