Hadaken, do you think the fact that the traffic on that road was instructed (by a useless sign) to yield to air-traffic has any bearing as to who will be found at fault? Yes, he was too low. But if that signage is actually present, wouldn't that imply that the airspace 6 feet above that road belongs to the plane?
