I've bought plenty of CFL's from various manufacturers and to be honest they don't seem to last any longer than an incandescent bulb, they are forver blowing up on me, and for what they cost that's not polite!

They already tried that, and called them Death, you know what happened? They sold a metric c&^p tonne, that's what happened. Give them a black packet, skull and crossbones and call them death and the smokers just thought they were awesome. They were eventually banned for reasons I can't recall at the moment.
