If we're talking books turned into TV shows then surely the BBC version of the Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy has to get mentioned. Hell doesn't io9 even have a podcast named after it?

As a father of young children I'd like to see a round up of childrens apps, games, learning tools etc.
