There's actually rumours out that it will be on neither and is targetting PS4 and Xbox 1440 instead.

I haven't gotten to the first battle yet. I started Japanese about 2 and a half months ago and so my progress is kinda slow (and I'm doing other things like playing the PSP Super Robot Taisen games, and I just got Persona 4 for the Vita in Japanese to keep me busy forever :P)
