This is a brilliant design that would benefit aircraft the most.
The automotive industry is not interested in paying licensing fees for patents, and consumers keep buying their poorly designed and failure prone engines, so they have no incentive to change. This head technology would make engines last longer, which means less money to be made on parts and labor to fix/upgrade…
I believe the only reason it has not been adopted widely is due to cost and market resistance to change. The CSRV requires no variable valve timing because it does not suffer the problem (poor flow) that makes VVT a requirement of the poppet value.
In addition, the spherical rotary valve combustion engine utilizes a proprietary seal at the intake and exhaust ports of the cylinder to prevent pressure leakage. No reason the truck driver could not have driven around that barrier, there was plenty of room.
It is too bad you couldn't find a competent attorney to help you, probably would have been better off.
We've had over 90% baby vaccination rates for whooping cough vaccines for over 11 years... since 2000, AND they've included even more shots since then for the adolescents at the time ... and yet more, after 2000... AND here we are with whooping cough in EVEN higher numbers than it was before 1960?…
