LOL

I couldn't agree more!

Yeah, everyone assumes that I don't like Verhoven because I "don't get him". How could anyone take him seriously? You'd have to be a moron to take him seriously, he's a one trick pony who's trick became old and boring halfway through Robocop. "European exploitation sensibility" sounds like an excuse to make films

I thought the original was a steaming pile, so I don't think the new one could be any worse. Unless of course, Veerhooven is involved.

I couldn't get into Shannara, I read the first book but couldn't go any further of course, I had read Covenant before Shannara so I think your theory holds. If you can, read the "Illearth War" I think it is the best, but I also think Empire is the best of SW so my taste might run a little dark.

No Chronicles of Thomas Covenant? I thought the first three books were brilliant and really challenged me as a young reader.

Soon I Will Be Invincible, was a fun read, I loved the humor. Excited about the next books.

I agree with almost everything here especially the Incredibles. I know this isn't a "review" of the films per-se but please please don't encourage people to make anything like Hancock. We nerds don't need another shit sandwich like that.

@TendoMentis: Saw it in the theater because a friend told me it was a comedy. I had trouble sleeping for a week.

This movie scared the living shit out of me. No horror movie ever came close to scaring me as much.

I've seen this and yes, it is brilliant!

I like this. I wish we could do it in the real world.

I think it all comes down to this - A hipster is probably more likely to get laid than a geek.

Thank you. Seriously this made my day.

Can you guys do a story on how many poops Jobs takes a day? Seems you haven't covered that yet.

I wish they would have used that. Way better.

Genius

@Kamenwati: It's no safe to go up to any animal you are torturing. I guess you are right.
