My only counter to the last point about money is that realistically the updates are free and amount essentially to a new “games inside the game” with their depth of content. At first I wanted to say that unfortunately this was likely a rental, because it has a California plate and there are a ridiculous amount of rentals/tourists on the streets here and people think that Vegas has no laws, but I think the window tinting rules it out.
