Mercy is good, except when your team literally allows you to be flanked constantly. Her gun can kill weaker characters, but I seem to run into Roadhogs and Winstons that go straight for me while my team doesn't help. So for those situations, Lucio and Zen are vastly superior because they can better defend themselves.

The only thing I hate is his line of sight stuff. He would be such a better healer if he didn't have to stay in the open all the time.
