Yeah they nerfed the fan hard, but individual shots are powerful. I can do okay with him at a distance, 1 shot at a time. I suck with Deadeye though.
Yeah she wasn't super powerful, and her turrets are easy to stop as Winston. I like playing her, so this nerf sucks.
I've only recently been trying him out and man, do I suck with Deadeye. I always pick the wrong time or at best ever get 1-2 people with it. He's good for getting damage down range and I'm improving with him, but he's still not my favorite despite my love of westerns and revolvers.
