Another plus for the GTI. I had a 2018 Golf R and it’s the best integrated use of controls and touchscreen I’ve seen.

It’s unlikely a Tahoe is the actual dream. Owning expensive things and pretending they are a casual purchase is the real dream. 

I appreciate when people have realistic aspirations but if a Tahoe is a dream car for you, then I don’t really know what to say. That’s like negative aspiration.

100% agree banning large vehicles won't happen, but they could stop incentivizing them with the CAFE footprint rule and the tax breaks afforded any large truck or SUV purchased by a business, treated as a commercial vehicle and business expense when it is nothing more than a luxury commuter.

Y’know, if it can legitimately do a 20 minute track session with a bit of buffer, and charge in 15 minutes, then this could be a totally viable thing!...In 10 years when there are fast chargers at race tracks.
