I went as Indiana Jones last year and probably will again this year. I had all the accessories in my wardrobe already aside from the whip, which I borrowed from a friend. I went to class like this and my teacher said she immediately got the Raiders March stuck in her head!

Wow! I didn't realize it was only $10! I'll definitely pick that up at B&N with a discount—what a deal.

Is Saga any good? I really, really need to read Y: The Last Man. But am tempted to pick up that Volume 1.

Is this the comic to answer some more Pandora questions, or do I have to wait a little longer?

Just a thought: Maybe have an article reviewing the fact that Spider-Man now has a cocky sidekick? That's pretty radical, IMO, and I'd love to see someone with a large comic background look into how this is different and everything.

We'll actually see what they'll do in two years for the Winter Olympics first.

You forgot The Statue of Liberty.

Just wanted to say I was there at the convention the whole weekend and oogled at it every time I walked by.

Fox should lose the rights to Fantastic Four so Marvel can make a movie and then throw the Thing into Avengers 2.

OK. This is the kind of explanation I needed! Thanks.

I'd get it, as I have yet to deeply immerse myself into TNG, but $130 for a season of blu-ray TV? Which has, what, 26 or so episodes? Not worth it. Maybe at that sale price of $60. Maybe.

I'd be excited for X-Treme X-Men, but I the writer dropped the ball for such a great potential to his "alternate universe X-Men powering the world" storyline in Astonishing X-Men, and the first few issues to the "X-Men take Manhattan" storyline didn't grab me either. :/

I've never been to either, but I think I'd much rather get to Dragon*Con than SDCC. Maybe because I'm in Virginia so it's closer, maybe it's because SDCC looks like a line-fest, maybe it's because Dragon*Con is a sci-fi/fantasy convention with fantasy/steampunk/sci-fi cosplays running around that look awesome while

It sounds like prices are going up and lines are getting longer (if you can even get a ticket), so the question is: is Dragon*Con like this too? Or is it a whole lot better? Because I live a lot closer to Georgia and think it looks like a blast, and hope one day it will be feasible for me to go.

Stardust! Yes! I love that movie!

Maybe Calvin (of Calvin and Hobbes) was right: "Sometimes I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us."

Crazy fact: I know this dude. Bryce is awesome. As is his work.

Well shoot. Now I'm on the fence. I was all set to see it, but I want to make sure I'm getting the best for my dollars...

Definitely looking forward to Batman Annual #1 and new Wolverine and the X-Men. I really want to pick up Assimilation^2 as well, but does anyone know if it's a 4-part or 8-part story? I might be better off waiting for the trade paperback. (Speaking of, probably going to get the Wonder Woman trade eventually. I've

Better question: can my beard grow slower with some other applicant? Shaving every other day or so is annoying (and I'm sure I'll have to do it every morning when I get a "real job").
